InterviewGreens Eggs and Ham is a 10 acre mixed farm near the Edmonton International Airport.
We naturally produce odd, unusual and heritage produce. Our-carrots are not orange and our beets are not red, our-potatoes are heritage varieties that have great color, flavor and texture.
We also raise & sell duck eggs, duck, geese, game hens, turkeys and guinea fowl. We carry duck and turkey products (sausage, ham etc) that are fat, filler and additive free.
We believe in a sustainable approach to farming and maximize nutrient use from fowl to gardens.
We have year round production of our signature product Mixed Heritage Greens, used by many restaurants. These greens can be eaten as a salad, herb or sauted. They are all about color, flavour and texture, please add only a light or fruity dressing so you don’t cover up the flavours we strive to put together.

Basically you purchase a membership and SHOP for what you want, how much and when you want it. This is available through the winter with a west end pick up spot.
It is very important to us to produce health conscious products. All of our products are low in saturated fats and free of common allergens.
You may have had our products in many fine restaurants, we sell to many restaurants in Edmonton, Winfield, Calmar, Jasper & Calgary.

Heritage potatoes @ $2.00/lb
Rosy Red – all purpose baby red skinned yellow flesh.
White Almond – everyone’s favorite! This cannot be boiled but can be microwaved or steamed and then mashed with skin on for dirty mashed potatoes.
Duck Eggs – $3.50/half dozen – please note duck eggs are very large and equal 2 large chicken eggs; they are allergy free and are great for baking
