The Yoga Fit Boot Camp is a 10 Day fitness program. The Yoga incorporates postures that focus on breath, balance, flexibility and concentration, and ends with guided relaxation. The strength & conditioning component improves core and muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance through resistance training using props and fitness bands. The class is led by a Certified Fitness Instructor and Yoga Teacher.
Yoga Fit is for anybody and every body. All levels welcome.
