Morning yoga to recharge mind and body as we begin each day. After a nourishing breakfast we’ll be enjoying one of the many planned excursions such as, jungle hikes, guided Ethno botanical tours,
swimming under waterfalls and more. Enjoy a restful late afternoon yoga practice and sunset meditation. Sleep soundly with a cool tropical breeze on an orthopedic bed.
Delicious locally grown, organic meals 3 times a day are included with plenty of relaxation time for swimming in the ocean, lying in a hammock or just simply relishing in the lush natural beauty. Feel free to wander through the grounds, garden and beach at Guaria anytime!
